Our People

Johann Diaz BSc MBA

Having had a successful career in corporate business roles, working across a number of disciplines including Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and IT/IS, for large, medium and small sized UK companies, Johann completed an MBA in 2000 at a leading European Business School and re-launched his career in the developing arena of Talent Management.

Having successfully recruited, motivated and lead junior and middle management teams, empowering them to achieve individual & organisational goals, he stepped out in order to follow his passion for empowering organisations through more effective experiential leadership development.

He has actively pursued his own personal growth in self awareness and emotional intelligence using the Enneagram and other techniques for over 10 years, and so has good experience to draw on. He is a firm believer in Emotional Intelligence and its power in leadership development, and uses the Enneagram to support development in several of its constituent attributes.

He has also established an online jobs board for MBAs (http://www.mbamatch.com) and a best practice consultancy in strategic Talent Acquisition (http://www.talent-acquisition.com).

Dave Connelly DipPC

With over 30 years experience in Account Management and Business Development for a large UK chemicals organisation, Dave has first hand experience of may pitfalls and obstacles when it comes to internal and external communication and relationship building.

Dave has many years experience as a psychotherapist and obtained a postgraduate diploma in Pastoral Counselling in 1999, before undergoing a one year Enneagram training programme in the USA & UK, under the direction of Helen Palmer, one of the world’s leading lights in Enneagram teaching.

He has worked with many individuals helping them reach higher standards of performance and ‘being’ over many years.
